Soon after the explosive popularity of his idea, Jean Bardou designed a simple logo with a diamond between his two initials. Of course, this was often mistaken for an “O” instead of a symbol, and he figured it was best to just go along with it rather than fight public opinion. Thus, the famous JOB logo and name were born.
